Optimus Innovation Award 2023

We are delighted to receive the Optimus Award for innovative RFID applications, which comes with a prize of €10,000. Many thanks to Tectus Technology GmbH, the company that created this award.

What Tectus Technology GmbH particularly appreciates about our klang2 concept is its significant benefit to all areas of society. It's an expandable family game that can be used in both educational and therapeutic settings, and its customizable content allows it to be tailored very specifically to users and their interests.

Incidentally, the managing director Herbert Thyssen did not become aware of us through our modest marketing activities, but when he strolled leisurely through the Freiburg Cathedral market, where we showed klang2 to people passing by at a small stand.

Mr. Thyssen, who co-developed the immobilizer for cars, was very taken with the charm of the game and also amazed by the fact that the use of NFC technology has found its way from industry to the center of society over the past 30 years.
